{"id":42,"date":"2023-05-11T10:58:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T09:58:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/doron"},"modified":"2023-06-08T17:10:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T16:10:25","slug":"monitor-your-sales-and-success-every-day-for-better-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/procura.md\/?p=42","title":{"rendered":"Model al de procur\u0103 pentru cump\u0103rarea unui bun imobil \u0219i ghid de completare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin intermediul acestui document, mandatarul prime\u0219te dreptul de a negocia termenii de v\u00e2nzare, de a semna contractul de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare, de a face orice pl\u0103\u021bi necesare \u0219i de a finaliza orice alte formalit\u0103\u021bi legale necesare pentru a finaliza tranzac\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, procura permite mandatarului s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze ca \u0219i cum ar fi mandantul \u00eensu\u0219i, oferindu-i acestuia din urm\u0103 flexibilitatea de a nu fi prezent personal pentru a finaliza tranzac\u021bia imobiliar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 se acorde o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd se completeaz\u0103 o procura pentru a cump\u0103ra un bun imobil, deoarece orice eroare poate duce la probleme juridice sau la \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u00een finalizarea tranzac\u021biei. De aceea, se recomand\u0103 consultarea unui notar pentru a asigura legalitatea \u0219i corectitudinea acestui proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e2nd completa\u021bi procura, ve\u021bi introduce urm\u0103toarele date:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Identificarea Subsemnatului (Mandantul): Aici ve\u021bi include numele complet, data na\u0219terii, cet\u0103\u021benia (\u00een acest caz, Republica Moldova), adresa de domiciliu, tipul \u0219i seria actului de identitate, data la care acesta a fost eliberat \u0219i de c\u0103tre cine (de exemplu, Agen\u021bia Servicii Publice), precum \u0219i codul personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Explica\u021bia Notarului: Notarul v\u0103 va citi con\u021binutul procurii \u0219i v\u0103 va explica efectele juridice ale acesteia. Consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul la Prelucrarea Datelor: Ve\u021bi exprima consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul expres la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal \u0219i ve\u021bi confirma c\u0103 \u00een\u021belege\u021bi scopul, destina\u021bia \u0219i volumul datelor prelucrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. \u00centocmirea \u0219i Autentificarea Procurii: Procura va fi \u00eentocmit\u0103 \u0219i autentificat\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 exemplare identice, unul p\u0103str\u00e2ndu-se \u00een arhiva notarului \u0219i cel\u0103lalt fiind \u00eenm\u00e2nat reprezentantului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Valabilitatea Procurii: Procura este valabil\u0103 pe un termen specificat de dvs., f\u0103r\u0103 dreptul de a elibera procura ulterioar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
